Hmm... HaVok was new guild from the guild leader HaVok as presumed. Anyway let's move on to Strategies:

From last dm with yukai I noticed we really sux at teamwork. This was alreadi expected from my last comment before the dm with yukai but little did i expect such a wreck teamwork. (Darkturkey and Konverge tag team ist cool, as does their blader tag team)

So let's derive some good ways in order not to ruin our reput for being a chaotic organised guild:

1) Parties of Equally distributed Guildies
Simple, It will be appropriated that parties of 4-6 guildies be formed. Max number of party = 3-5, leaded by a leader. Each party will be assign a rm or an assist to aid in buff and heal support. He / She can be a leader but the decision be decided by Bel to deployment to fight.

2) Tag Team Parties
Just like the battle with Forsaken Angels, we form parties of 2-3 guildies and each party face a different opponent. This way less noise more coordination as one listen to other.

3) High Sta, High Dmg and RM teams
Separating as per above and pick a lead among them. Assign them how to attack and so on so forth. However this need a very high realisation of one's potential and talents. If you dun even know you are of high atk and weak def, to make you join high STA team will be suicidal, as similiar for vice versa.

hmm good idea different parties probably with an rm for each so we get buffed gt ^_^
and send out several waves of attack at diff times making them confused and we can jump in and charge
yes i agree we need more teamwork x.x

oh btw i might be late to it for a few minutes cause of tutoring

Yeah that DM was fast, they were too weak for us, but out next DM will be hardcore.
